Work/Life Balance - A Conversation

Teri Haggerty

Professional Certified Coach

In this presentation, each attendee of your group is able to do an individual Work/Life Balance Wheel. This allows each person to clearly see their current work/life balance, set simple action steps and make choices toward improved balance. This results in increased well-being and success in all life areas.

Objectives:

To easily and accurately chart a course, it helps if you know your current position. The “wheel of life” exercise takes a snapshot of how you feel about the current balance and well-being in twelve key areas of your life. This exercise is intended to highlight your strengths and identify areas needing attention, especially balancing career with other life areas, such as health and family. This experience with Teri will help you understand the reality of your current life and set priorities and goals for your future. Remember, there are no “right or wrong” answers and that no one’s wheel is ever completely balanced, at any given time. The goal is to live our lives with increasing balance. For premium results, please print out the Balance Wheel and other pages to use during this presentation.

So, relax and enjoy Teri’s guidance to finding your measure of Work/Life balance!
